This super cute duplex is literally Downtown and walking distance to everything! This unit is the lower unit, left hand door. One spacious living room, a room that could be used as an office or bedroom. the primary room has the bathroom attached. Laundry and access to the backyard through the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated and has lots of room to cook. With the unit, the backyard is included and has an large deck lots of space and a shed for storage. Mountain views from the street but the feel of downtown living.
