Individually owned and looking for up to 1 year rental lease, possibly longer upon review. Access to the Flat Irons and nature trails right down the road. There are also close parks to cross country ski at in the winter. The condo sleeps 4 with the master bedroom including a king bed and walk in closet with a smart t.v. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser and closet with smart tv. The bathroom has tile throughout. There is a washer and dryer on premise as well as a rustic burning wood stove and full kitchen with a dishwasher and amenities, also air conditioners in living room and master bedroom for those summer days.
25lbs maximum for a dog, no acception for larger dogs and no cats.
On street parking and a spacious private court yard.
