The interior of the Fifth Avenue Loft building is minimalist, clean, and well maintained. The building is located between Hillcrest and Banker's Hill and is home to many friendly and interesting people.

Application fee paid by prospective tenant when invited to apply. Application includes background check, income verification. This includes but is not limited to policies regarding moving in and moving out, common areas, and noise. Any fees charged for violations of policies by tenants will be paid by tenants.
Tenant must obtain rental insurance policy for move in date, landlord must be named as additional insured on tenant's rental insurance policy, confirmation of policy must be provided to landlord on move in date.
