Verified residentReview source: verified residentThey go up and down on the price every week the only want wealthy people living on their property poor management and train there staff to present the property like anyone is welcome I read right between the lady heavy set light skin or mix whatever she was I seen discrimination when I was touring with her every one is not the same

Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe core discriminate in a lot of areas like ex specially with section tenants I did a tour and when I mentioned section the lady got on her computer and said I might not qualify because she put a higher rent amount in the so no section 8 tenant will be approved then I asked her do they have any section 8 tenants she said no the core stereotypes people makes it uncomfortable to even be there it’s a light skin heavy set lady I worked with I wouldn’t recommend any to this property
