One of Stockton's nicest suburbs is Country Club, a small area situated on the San Joaquin River. It's a beautiful place, which is probably why there are so many country clubs that are located there. Most people here commute into Stockton for work or play, but living in Country Club affords people quiet, scenic living, where they can go to escape the bustle of the city when they want. There's actually lots to do in Country Club, too, so some people even consider it a destination unto itself!

Moving to Country Club

Once you decide that Country Club is the place you want to look for rental apartments, then you'll need to prepare to put down a leasing application. You'll need some documents for the leasing application. These documents include bank statements, tax returns, proof of income, letters of employment, and letters of reference. Eastern Country Club: Eastern Country Club is the residential part of town, filled with suburban streets lined with houses and yards, but this isn't the best place to look for duplexes for rent in Country Club.

Living in Country Club

Country Club, CA feels like a small town. It offers the same lovely, quaint amenities that most small towns do, like tree-lined streets, local businesses and beautiful scenery. However, the town also offers great access to Stockton, a large California city with tons of businesses, stores, restaurants, and dining and entertainment options. If you want an exciting day or night out on the town, then hop in the car, and head east; it's great, because you'll be in Stockton in only minutes. If you're planning to spend the day in Country Club, you'll probably want to spend time at the Country Club itself, playing golf, tennis, or swimming, or you'll want to spend time in the California sunshine at Madison Park or Louis Park. Louis Park borders the river and offers beautiful scenic water views, so consider an afternoon there if you want to have a lovely picnic with friends.
