The parking permit requirements aren’t fail at all very disappointed I have sent proof of insurance for my vehicle and I still couldn’t get a parking permit my car was a gift and is not registered to my name but have proof of insurance in my name and because of that I had gotten my car towed and I have another car and parked it on the street in front of the apartments in front of the gate and my driver side window got broken into and the apartment didn’t do anything to help with the incident but if I had a parking permit this would have not happened but they won’t allow my vehicle to be parked in visitor parking either and I couldn’t go swimming the entire summer they would keep the pool locked every single day it was very hot and was forced to use my air conditioning affecting my SMUD very unhappy with the apartment management
