Hi, I have a furnished four bedroom / two bath with the master bedroom, walk-in closet, all new interior, excellent neighborhood at 7684 Surrey Lane in Oakland with beautiful backyard, this is a semi-shared house with me the owner living in a downstairs apartment with its own entrance, travels a lot, will only use the main kitchen sparingly cuz have my own little kitchen in the apartment and there will be a little kitchen up in the separate upper new spacious four bedroom two bath for $2,800 for two people/ 2400 for one. It's over a million dollar house that doesn't have any neighbors behind and is very very quiet, not many cars going by on the cul-de-sac at the end.
