Pictures of the furnished apartment here ? there is no kitchen table due to size limitation of the apartment. This apartment is on the 4th floor.
Please note ? I did live here with a cat, so anyone with serious allergies, even though the cat will not be in the unit, should be aware!

-Fitness center with squat rack, rowing machines, kettlebells and a standalone yoga studio. They do yoga for free for the residents every Saturday at 9am!
-Several outdoor areas to sit outside and enjoy the evening air or eat a meal!

-Business center with 6 co-working spaces
-Private conference room that can be reserved for free for up to 4 hours at a time through Wren app.

On a personal note - this is a great community with outstanding management. There is access to the freeway right around the corner on 17th and Hill, a Whole Foods within an 8 minute walk away plus all the other fun stuff in the financial district. There is also a Metro Bike Share on the corner of 12th and Hill which Ive found is super handy for getting around DTLA! You can walk to Staples Center as well. :)

Im open to subletting the apartment for a minimum of 1 month but would prefer someone who needs the space for the months of June, July and August!
