3027 Croyden Bay

We are so excited to offer this never before rented condo for lease in one of the best areas of Costa Mesa. The owner has loved and cherished this property and you will too. The pix don't do justice to this light filled quiet unit. Private balcony overlooking a greenbelt and with sunset views in the most tranquil area of the complex. Walk to The Camp and some great after work hangouts. AND the inside of the property>>WOW! Designer kitchen with center island is where the heart of the home is and a great place to relax or entertain. Plenty of storage, large bedrooms, remodeled baths, new shower, large closets, vaulted ceilings, new vinyl wood flooring. This is a must see in a must feel community. The two car garage is right near the unit and there is extra storage there as well. The complex has a lovely pool and is very well maintained with fresh water streams everywhere. Can not wait to show you this property. Ready immediately.
