ROOM: 13x11, 143 sq.ft., unfurnished with private entry, ceiling light/fan- bath with two pedestal sinks, meaning exclusive use of pedestal sink. Kitchen privilege, laundry convenience, WiFi throughout house.

HOUSE: One-story, 3500 sq.ft. house with well-maintained common areas. Cleaning lady and gardener visits. My husband and I pay fixed utilities and we cover a large portion of water and SDGE-natural gas as an incentive to conserve. Non-smoking, no excessive drinking, and drug-free environment, ideal for quiet individual. Please, no regular weekend visitor stays, semi-live-ins, or overnight guests.

TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Long-term rental is preferred with a month-to-month rental agreement. Included with rent is SDGE-electric, Internet, sewer, trash- shared bimonthly water and SDGE-natural gas, but as stated, we pay a large portion of water and SDGE-natural gas. Security deposit is equal a month's rent. Unable to provide garage/shed storage. Sorry, no pets.
