Fine furnishings, luxurious queen bed, the 100% cotton linens, and a comfortable living and dining room will greet you when you stay in this upscale, ultra clean, and turnkey guest suite for one. This ultra quiet home is high on a hill in Carlsbad. Just a few minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Carlsbad Tech center. Privacy, serenity, two private patios expand the living space.

It is rare to find a well appointed and well priced Carlsbad guest suite with top-of-the-line furniture and original artwork that will fulfill your living quarters wish list. Everything is provided for you down to the Q-tips.

When looking for a home, some things you just don't want to sacrifice- a magnificent bed that is comfortable and clean, a deep bathtub where you can have long luxurious soaks, and a well appointed living space with comfy lounge chair. You will also enjoy a Roku televisions in the bedroom and living room, with free access to cable TV channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple +, and others.

There is a dining table, and a kitchen in which you can cook a meal. Included small appliances are refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, portable induction stove top, toaster, oven, and coffee maker.

There is a desk in the bedroom with uninterrupted internet at a blazing speed. You could also use the dining table in the living room, which includes a comfortable padded gaming chair.

When you arrive, you need only your clothes and food. I provide all the kitchen equipment, linens, towels, and bathroom accessories, everything you could possibly need.

Rent includes access to double washers and dryers in the garage with laundry soap and Clorox from 9 AM to 9 PM.

You will park on the driveway just steps away from your private entrance. You have two outdoor patios, each with dining tables and chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ, outdoor sink and cooking area, all with an outstanding backcountry view of Carlsbad.

You will be safe here. There is a 15 camera security system around the perimeter of the property and the driveway for your safety.

You can enjoy the professionally designed and landscaped and lighted property which has own beach area, and water fountain, to enjoy the coastal weather.

Located in a suburb of north-east Carlsbad, 2 miles from the beach. Located on a quiet cup-de-sac street, there is little noise to disturb you. The neighborhood is upscale.

The house is located within walking distance to the grocery stores, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Vons, Target, WinCo, all banks, the Shoppes of Carlsbad mall, Regal 12 plex movie theater, 24-Hour Fitness, many restaurants and coffee shops. Each is less than one mile way, about a 10 minute walk.

When you arrive, you will receive the welcome package amendment to your lease which will tell you everything you need to know about the property, such as passwords, key codes, access to laundry area. It covers many housing topics, and a copy can be emailed to you in advance.

I will require that you to fill out a guest information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license when you arrive. A month to month standard California lease agreement will be provided.

I provide a doggie door for the fenced in back patio which is installed in your bedroom sliding door. Your dog must have a collar tag with this address on it and an AirTag in case of escape. Current vaccinations are mandatory. Your dog must get along with my 10 pound Chihuahua mix who is very friendly and a service animal.

Breed Restrictions on dogs: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf-Hybrids and Perro de Presa Canarios or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not allowed.

Lease terms:

I will require that you to fill out a guest information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license when you arrive. We both will also sign a month to month standard California lease agreement.

Rent is $2500 for six months minimum. If renting less than six months rent is $150 more per month. Long-term guest is welcome.

This is an elegantly Furnished Unit and OWNER pays for all utilities, cable, internet, streaming services and monthly housekeeping services. No extra fees or expenses

If you want to reserve this unit, $1500 is required as a nonrefundable reservation deposit which converts to security deposit upon move in.

Need verifiable income or saving- 2.5 times the rent, credit report 660+.

You will need to obtain a rental policy with 300,000 liability minimum with the owner listed as the interested party. I recommend Lemonade dot com for great pricing.

Needed: A copy of your driver's license, signed lease, and a current picture, a completed guest information sheet including emergency contacts in case of injury.

Please note that I cannot accommodate drug use, couples, smokers or cats. Only 1 NON commercial vehicle for driveway parking with security cameras near unit.
