Holding Deposit: A $1,200 non-refundable holding deposit is required to take the property off-market after approval. Holding deposit is credited toward first month's rent at move-in.
Cleaning Fee: $400 non-refundable
Application/Background Check: Non-refundable through site applying on (cost varies per site). All adult occupants, 18+ must apply and be named on the lease.
Lease Length: 12 month minimum. (Longer lease terms are negotiable)
