The Arch

The Arch has earned a glowing reputation among its residents, with reviews highlighting the stunning fresh renovations that make every home feel brand new. Renters love the updated interiors — from the quartz countertops and modern cabinetry to the gleaming stainless steel appliances — calling them truly move-in ready. Dogs and cats are welcome at The Arch, and the on-site dog park means furry companions get to enjoy the community just as much as their owners do. The convenience factor is a consistent highlight in reviews: in-unit laundry, private patios or balconies, and a covered carport parking spot included with rent all add up to a stress-free lifestyle. Residents also give high marks to the experienced on-site management and maintenance team, who are known for being professional, accessible, and responsive seven days a week. Nestled in the Bagley Downs neighborhood with easy access off Fourth Plain, The Arch puts shopping, parks, and the rest of Vancouver right at your doorstep.
