We have 1 awesome room available, in a pretty sweet, art filled house.

The bedroom are about 100 sq/ft ( a little over)
and features a shared art filled 200sq/ft living room,
a nice large kitchen/dinning area, including a gas stove and a double stacked oven, and as big back deck with a bar area.
Of course we also as have a great front/back yard as well.
The rent is INCLUDING UTILITIES (Internet available for an additional $20/mon)
(Water/Power/Gas/Sewage/Garbage/ are included into final price).

This is all in a pretty awesome 2 story 6 Bedrooms house in Shoreline with a 2 car garage that works as a nice laundry room/gym (available for you to use)

We live in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the bus line, QFC and Rite Aide. We are also very close to Fred Meyers and many other shopping centers off of Aurora
As far as pets go, well, unless it’s in a tank, sorry no pets.

To move in you would need first and last month’s rent, as well as a damage deposit in advance (equal to one months rent), along with a 1 year rental agreement. All applicants would also need to pass a background/credit check (no fee).

We do have a lot of fun here. We have lots of good, positive and progressive people around. We stay pretty active, and most of us are artists and/or entrepreneurs, so some of us work at home a lot. (So we like to keep thing quite during business hours) We'd love it if you were creative as well, nothing like great collaborations of artwork.. (who knows, there is always doing something new around here...haha)
