Verified residentReview source: verified residentEV charger unavailable due to unforseen circumstances. Taking over 2 months to address. Management is not flexible and demeaning, lacks a sense of customer service and kindness to residents. Concierge is the best part about this apartment. Gym is small but clean and nice. Dogs barking all the time. Sewage system needs improvement- bad odor comes from toilet, sink, and washer (has a moldy smell). Windows are very dirty and don’t even want to open let alone touch them. But mainly unsatisfied with management’s attitude toward residents.
