- We are a pet-friendly community! There is a one-time pet at move in of $200 along with a $400 deposit. Monthly pet rent is $45. Two pet per apartment limit. Purebred and/or any mixed form of the following breeds are restricted at our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, Chowchow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff Breeds, Pitbull Breeds, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids. Ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs are not permitted. Reptiles are not allowed. Birds must be kept inside and caged. Aquariums require additional insurance coverage of $100,000 in water damage. Assistance animals are also welcome. Please contact us for additional details.
