City Center: If less commute time is high on your list of priorities, start your search in the City Center. This neighborhood is for people who want to live right in the thick of things, as this is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Tooele. The rents not bad, either.
S Main St/Canyon Rd: This neighborhood has a very low rental cost.
Sunrise Ln/Southwest Dr: The upside? This neighborhood's average rental costs are a great deal compared to other areas in Tooele. The downside? With a slim vacancy rate, the housing supply can get very tight compared to the demand. Plus, commute time of most residents here is not something to boast about.
N Main St/W 400 N: Residents here are really into community spirit, judging from the fact that a good number of people still carpool their way to work. You have a good mix of single-family homes, high-rise apartments, duplexes, and mobile homes as housing options here.
