Yard maintenance required:
Tenants are responsible for all yard care including:

- Weeding, watering (sprinklers in front and back), mowing and trimming of front, back and side yards including a small strip on the west side of the home.
- Keeping all areas free of debris.
- Snow removal of public walkway in front of home.

Air Conditioning Unit and Sprinklers:
- Tenant responsible to winterize and dewinterize window unit and sprinklers each season.

Renters insurance required.

PARKING:
Driveway and off-street.

PETS:
Pets will be permitted with $40.00/mo. pet rent and $500.00 deposit per pet ($200.00 nonrefundable). No aggressive pets please. Fenced backyard.

SMOKING/vaping:
No smoking or vaping inside premise. outside and away from the property ONLY.
