Verified residentReview source: verified residentSigned lease before actual unit was available for walk through. Didn’t get the keys for 3 days after date was supposed to be ready. Upon move in date was not happy on roaches running around and shower drip that could be fully turned off. Management stated well this is Texas and roaches are everywhere. Told me that they can find another unit but it will not be ready for another week. I ended up not staying here and by the time they were available to return the keys I was told that I occupied the unit so no funds would be returned.
