Let's start with parking. Unless you pay for parking or live in the very back of the complex your not going to be able to park close to your building. Repairs rarely get handled in a timely manner and if the on call maintenance personnel doesn't know how to handle the emergency your out of luck until Monday. The nickel and dime you for everything. It costs 5 dollars to replace a burnt out light . 50 bucks if you lock yourself out of your apartment for them to bring a key. The list of charges are endless. The amenities are not well maintained the pool is often dirty or closed . The pools sticks don't have tips etc. There are several lights around the property that are out . The management staff operate with no compassion or empathy. There answer is well that's apartment life offering no resolution or way to work with you . The management team with the exception of Alexis is rude and disrespectful every time I present an issue. Me and my dogs were attacked by another dog the complex did nothing about it until the dog attacked another Tennant. The lake is almost always not blue and I've never seen all of the fountains working .
