Two of the bedrooms are spacious with more than enough room for a queen (or even a king) bed. The smaller bedroom would make a perfect studio or office, or could accommodate a full, twin, or day bed.

There are two other houses on the property that share the driveway, parking area, and outdoor space. The other residents are primarily musicians and artists in their 30s, and there is a sense of community and respect among everyone. It is common for neighbors to be playing music in the gazebo, working in the garden, or having a small dinner party at one of the outdoor dining tables.

Pets allowed upon approval but must be leashed and supervised when outdoors, as the yard is not fully fenced in.

The house can be rented furnished (as seen in the photos), partially furnished or unfurnished.
