his newly updated house has been freshly painted, has a new roof, a new back porch, resurfaced hardwood floors and is ready to move into. The house also has a HVAC unit with central heat/AC. House does NOT come with appliances, however, it does have a washer/dryer hookup. Everything is electric beside the heat that runs off of natural gas. With it being close to downtown and I-77, it is accessible to several amenities that Rock Hill has to offer.
The lease is a one year lease then automatically goes month-to-month after the year lease is up. Water and electric are through the City of Rock Hill. Natural gas is through the York County Natural Gas Association. No pets what so ever. There is a driveway that will fit 2 small cars.
