Nestled along iconic King Street, this two-bedroom, one-bath apartment combines historic charm with modern comfort. Located on the second floor of the building, the apartment itself spans two levels, with soaring ceilings, exposed brick walls, and a large window that fills the space with natural light. The main floor features an open living and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials and includes a small dishwasher, while the counter offers bar seating for four. The cozy living area features a sectional sofa and smart TV, and a desk provides the perfect setup for working from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level as well. Up a charming spiral staircase, you’ll find the two bedrooms and full bathroom. Both bedrooms feature full size beds and spacious closets. Please note that one of the bedrooms is separated from the living space by a curtain, and the other includes a skylight for added natural light. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination and single vanity. For added convenience, one off-street parking space is included about a block away on Burns Alley. With its unbeatable location, historic character, and thoughtful amenities, The King’s Quarters is the perfect home base for your extended stay in Charleston. - No pets, please! - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
