There is private laundry and storage in the basement. Off-street parking available. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash removal. Tenant pays gas & electric.
This apartment complex is located a block off Fifth Avenue in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. Mellon Park, Bakery Square, Trader Joe's, Giant Eagle, Target, Whole Foods, and the bus stop are just a few blocks away. These buildings feature first floor one bedrooms and second/third floor two bedrooms.
Each unit has its own private laundry and storage in the basement.
There is relatively easy on street parking and an off street lot. There is limited off-street parking and easy on street parking. We have 36 units here and the parking lot can fit 29 vehicles. Tenants are not guaranteed a parking spot in the lot, as the spots are not assigned, but they may park one vehicle in the lot for free.
There is a large shared yard, perfect for pets. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
