This 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment is on the second floor of a duplex. It was recently renovated but many of the original features were kept such as the built-in cabinets, stained glass windows, decorative fireplace, french doors, and hardwood floors. There's a separate living room, dining room, and a den or office. The new custom kitchen has granite counters, subway tile backsplash, track lighting, garbage disposal and upper cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling! It also has stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator with water and an ice dispenser in the door. The renovations include laundry in the unit, high efficiency gas furnace, central air, and new windows. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash disposal. Tenants pay gas and electric.
One parking space per bedroom is permitted in a shared parking lot behind the building.
Garages with EV charging or a carport may be available for additional fees.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
