This basement level apartment is less expensive than most of our 2.5 bedroom units because it has low ceilings, small windows, and doesn't get a lot of natural light. However, it does have it's own covered patio, in unit laundry, a large living room, ceramic tile floors throughout, and a small room with built in shelving that could be used for an office or den. The kitchen has oak cabinets, granite countertops, dishwasher, built-in microwave, high BTU glass top stove, and full size refrigerator. The bedrooms each have double door closets and one of them has built in shelving. The bathroom has a full size tub with ceramic surround.
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. There is electric baseboard heat and two window AC units are provided.

All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
