There is some off street parking available and there is easy access to I-105, Coburg Rd and Public Transportation. Water, Sewer, and Garbage are paid by the owner and the tenant is responsible for electricity.

To View a Property: Bring a $50 CASH DEPOSIT to check out a key to the property you are interested in renting. Our office is located at; 1388 Willamette St. THIS IS REQUIRED & MUST be done before we will accept a rental application. * * NO EXCEPTIONS * **
KEY CHECKOUT IS AVAILABLE - 8:30AM-3PM MON - FRI (The office closes from 1PM - 2PM for lunch), & Sundays 9AM - 10AM. You MUST return key by 5PM & return key by 11AM on SUNDAY, (To return your $50 CASH deposit)
