Welcome to the Apartment List February 2026 Rent Report for Eugene, OR. Currently, the overall median rent in the city stands at $1,207, after falling 1.2% last month. Prices remain up 1.3% year-over-year. Read on to learn more about what’s been happening in the Eugene rental market and how it compares to trends throughout the nation as a whole.
The median rent in Eugene fell by 1.2% over the course of January, and has now increased by a total of 1.3% over the past 12 months. Eugene’s rent growth over the past year has has outpaced both state (-1.6%) and national (-1.4%) averages.
