Flock13 is located right next to campus, making the walk to classes short but enjoyable. This apartment complex has an amazing staff, and they are very kind and helpful! The two downsides to Flock13 for me would be the price and the parking. I am paying 1,800 for a little bit over 500 sq ft., and pay 100 dollars for parking every month. The parking is a block away from the apartment complex, and does not have gates or surveillance. My significant other’s car got broken into a month ago, and there was nothing he could do about the situation. Of course, that is not Flock’s fault, but we do wish there was more parking space in their parking structure on site. The living space overall is cozy, safe, and close to campus!
