Cloverdale: With a median rent, it offers convenient commutes to downtown Raleigh and neighboring Cary. 

Rosemoor Place: With huge homes on large tracts of land, you’ll have plenty of privacy here.

Heather Woods: Mostly consisting of single-family homes, this subdivision is not far from Lake Benson.

Forrest Hills: Close to the major road U.S. 70, this neighborhood is home to a few apartment complexes in addition to single-family homes.

Garner residents generally like to keep active, and with access to so many greenway trails, there’s plenty of options for biking, running or walking.
