This building is an absolute nightmare. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by a parade of cockroaches and rats that seem to have taken permanent residence, despite multiple pest control treatments. When I raised this issue with the staff, they had the audacity to blame me for the infestation, even though I had just started moving in ( I was still living in my old appartement) . Their lack of professionalism is astounding; they resort to yelling and belittling whenever there's a disagreement, completely disregarding any promises made prior to signing the lease. But it doesn't end there. Leaving food out for a single night resulted in it being rummaged through by staff who decided to help themselves before trashing the rest. Maintenance issues are treated as mere suggestions, with plumbing problems and other household issues left unresolved for months on end. And don't even think about getting a good night's sleep; this place transforms into a chaotic frat house come nightfall, with relentless noise making rest impossible. Stay far away if you value your sanity. The horror doesn't stop with the staff; even the concierge, when they bother to show up, are as rude as can be. Good luck trying to access the building amenities, like the gym, which is often out of service or arbitrarily closed after 10 PM, leaving residents without access to basic facilities. It seems the only thing consistent about this place is its utter lack of consideration for its residents' needs.
