It has hard wood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, track lighting, modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, stone kitchen counter tops, subway tile in the bathroom, air conditioners, recently new windows, an efficient gas-forced air furnace for just the apartment and low monthly utilities (about $35/month for electricity and $40-100/month for gas in the winter). The Bedroom can accommodate a queen size bed.
Cabling is in place for Tenant contracted Xfinity streaming and internet.
There is also a private outdoor patio/sundeck for this unit.
There are only three apartments in this classic brownstone building, which is joined by a common porch and deck system with its sister building at 2059 N. Clifton (only two units in this building.)
In the lower level of the larger building there are two coin-operated washers and two dryers that are shared by all the tenants. There is a Janitor on call for minor repairs and assistance.
