Rent includes all necessary services for a comfortable and hassle-free life, such as water, cable, electricity, and internet. Additionally, if needed, I can provide a refrigerator and/or microwave for added convenience.

The moving process is simple and stress-free: the initial rent is $900, with a security deposit of the same amount, which will be refunded as long as you keep the room in the same pristine condition it was rented in. There's no need to worry about mess or stress associated with moving.

It's worth mentioning that the bathroom is private for now, but if I rent out the second room in the future, it could become shared, which shouldn't be a problem for a respectful and considerate resident.
