- The Baldwin allows a maximum of 3 pets per apartment. For each pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee. For the first pet, the fee is $350. Each additional pet, up to the limit of 3, elicits a $150 fee. There is also a $25 monthly Pet Rent Fee, per pet. Breed restrictions apply. All pets must be approved by management. Exotic animals (including ferrets, rabbits, snakes, and pigs) are not allowed at the community.
