The Flats at Vine Street

Parking is terrible. There are not enough parking spaces. It is literally first come first serve. There is a limited number of paid parking spaces but all are taken and unless someone dies none will ever be available. I work the evening shift and get home a little before midnight and there literally is no open parking spaces on the property. Security allows me to park in unauthorized parking spaces; which I get up in the morning and move to an authorized space which most of the time is a long distance from my apartment.
