Verified residentReview source: verified residentBecause I have had neighbors stealing my packages, others are getting drunk at 12noon, the front apts areas the carpet are filthy, many estrange people cross from the homes nearby on their scooter, and smelling marihuana, this neighborhood should be private gated, water free, lower washer and dryer fee.
