Verified residentReview source: verified residentThis place is rip off. They lie an about what you get. Then when we have an option to leave and break the lease with out no penalty. They informed me I would not get my deposit back. I paid all this money to live here and now I am force to stay here. The pet fee is too high 450 really? All apartment are 250. I know why this place do not have a wait list
