Apartment #209 is ready for viewing with our self-serve showing system. The system allows you to tour the apartment by yourself - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you view the apartment without us being there with you. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. Please call our office (954-800-4196) for more information about the apartment or the self-serve showing system.

The apartment is fully tiled, has central A/C, and each bedroom has decent closet space. There is also a large linen closet in the upstairs central hallway. The main floor is comprised of the living room, dining area, the kitchen, and a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. The 2nd level has the two bedrooms, the main bathroom, and a large linen closet.

Rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, 1 assigned off-street parking space, pool maintenance, landscaping, and preventative monthly pest control services. There is an on-site laundry area for your convenience and a nice in-ground pool for your relaxation. FYI, We impose a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom residence and pets are not allowed in this particular apartment. Leases are for 12 months, and we won't rent to you if you've been evicted or had eviction paperwork filed against you in the last 5 years.

The property itself is very close to Townsend Park, a beautifully maintained City Park - and the Sailboat Bend Nature Preserve is just across a canal with 1.3 acres of greenspace and walking trails.
