Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe Seasons of CC charges additional fees that should be included in the base rent. Maintenance requests often go unaddressed but are yet closed as completed. We made an move to a different unit in the complex and was originally told our new apartment would be updated, but when we moved in nothing had been remodeled and we were told after the fact that the price we were going to pay for rent did not justify the remodel (that all units are receiving before new tenants move in).
