Verified residentReview source: verified residentMaintenance doesn't do his job. The entire apartment building has an infestation of fruit flies and especially roaches. The assistant manager has a really poor attitude and showed a new tenant an apartment that was dirty. When a new tenant moved in the apartment had been left dirty by the previous tenant: Dishwasher was filled with mold and muddy water. Previous tenant's belongings were left in apartment room.(trash and clothes) The kitchen had broken cabinets with hinges that fell apart as soon as you opened them. The maintenance worker failed to fix a radiator and a shattered mirror before the new tenant arrived. Overall lack of accountability and responsibility by both assistant manager and maintenance worker. The actual manager of the building lacked experience.
