Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SPACE, too small, long wait to get a parking spot or street parking, noisy radiator that was always left the apartment too hot, no storage space, poor, inattentive management. Pros: great location, well maintained building, cute pool, building has great character and great community. I used to live in 350 square feet, and I recently doubled my square footage and I pay less rent for an apartment across the street on Sherman. Great apartment if you have a little extra money, but shitty management. Never gets back to you
