Verified residentReview source: verified residentI would say the downsides are the second floor is not accessible, not are either of the building doors (they slam shut.) Laundry is expensive and there are only two units per floor, peak hours lead to a lot of back up. Then of course parking really is t great, it can be hard to bring groceries in. Outside of those things I do really like it and would recommend it to friends. The rent is very reasonable, I never hear the neighbors and the building and unit are in good repair. There are parks and a few shops and restaurants that are walkable. I wish there was a better closer grocery store but that’s hardly the buildings fault.
