Verified residentReview source: verified residentIf I could give them a zero, I would. There are roaches constantly, maintenance takes forever to respond, and they only half fix anything. My refrigerator and dishwasher are rusted and moldy, and they refuse to replace them. There is constant noise coming from everywhere. Bums are sleeping in the hallway, elevators, and hallways smell of urine and feces, and people continuously throw trash around. They lie about fees that are being charged as well. I was tricked into this lease, and I don't feel safe whatsoever
