This room has an attached bathroom that you share with one other female. 11x10' room plus decent sized closet. Single occupant only. Co-ed household but mostly female currently in the house. Awesome, easy-going people in a friendly, artistic household. This is a drama-free zone. No dogs or cats. Off street parking available. Only 3 miles from downtown. Each room has its own lock. Six people total in house, but you'd never know it. I’ve been renting rooms for 20 years and only live with other real adults in a comfortable, fun, respectful environment.
