Set in a classic two-story home with a welcoming front porch, this upstairs apartment pairs timeless character with modern comfort. It sits directly inside Old Colorado City, two blocks from Pikes Peak, with the neighborhood's shops, restaurants and galleries all within walking distance and downtown close by. Inside, about 800 square feet of sunny living space features tall windows and the home's original 1899 hardwood floors. The bright kitchen is finished with white raised-panel cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile and a gas range, and includes a stacked washer and dryer for in-unit laundry. The vintage-style bathroom offers a clawfoot tub, octagon tile and a pedestal sink. Year-round comfort comes from a heat pump with wall-mounted mini-splits for heating and air conditioning, backed up by radiator heat, with ceiling fans throughout. Outside, residents share a fenced backyard with a patio and fire pit, and basement storage is available.
