When I first moved into my apartment there were several maintenance issues, yet a year later I’m still waiting for about three of those issues to be taken care of. It took them 4 months to fix a broken refrigerator, 8 months to fix a broken garbage disposal. When I first moved in my dad thought he seen a roach, I didn’t listen moved in and after 3 months with a clean house I began seeing roaches, it took them almost 9 months to come do anything about it. I wouldn’t advise these to anyone, especially for the price they’re asking.
