-Renter's Insurance must be continually maintained throughout the lease term.
-A Pet Application/screening form is required whether you have a pet or not. PET INFO: 1st pet increases the total house deposit by $1000 2nd pet increases the total house deposit by additional $200, etc. The owner or their agent reserve the right to meet the pet and make the final decision. If you have a pet, the insurance must include the pet injury or damage liability. and continually maintain renters insurance naming said pet. The owner must be listed as first insured on the policy. Small dogs okay, Big dogs over 40 lbs accepted (case by case) Some Breed restrictions may apply. Any animal including farm animals, zoo animals, exotic animals and/or any animal with a prior bite history as documented by a previous insurance claim, police report, or civil complaint will be denied.
