- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - Additional Terms: Tenants are not to use fireplaces as they are for decorative purpose only. Tenants not to use kitchen island butcher block as a cutting board. Tenants not to access attic unless it is an emergency or for some type of maintenance/service. Tenants are to only use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner on the hardwood floors. Tenants are responsible for reverse osmosis servicing annually (This costs about $100 - $200 done one time a year).
- NON-WARRANTIED: The following items or personal property are included in the Premises without warranty and Landlord will not maintain, repair or replace them: Alarm system, whole home vacuum, exterior light above front door, closet safe, small window in front bedroom, backyard sprinklers
