The approximately 912-square-foot condo has been thoughtfully furnished with a relaxed, modern beach aesthetic. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom is currently configured as a dedicated home office, but can easily accommodate a bed, if preferred.

The kitchen and bathrooms were recently renovated, and the home is furnished for comfortable everyday living. Water, sewer, trash, electricity, high-speed internet, and one reserved off-street parking space are all included.

The building itself reflects Ocean Beach's character. Built in 1967, it's an established, owner-occupied community rather than a modern luxury high-rise. The building includes shared laundry facilities, a gym, game room, sauna, and seasonally heated pool (heated memorial day through halloween).
