Welcome to our beautiful Land Park, known for the many friendly dogs, beautiful large trees, and variety in residential architecture. It doesn’t get more centrally located than this with walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks and schools. Access to all major freeways is only a minute away and Target/Safeway are a few minutes down the street. Our 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Bungalow holds its charm with a beautifully upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, and curved ceilings. We have a private 1 car garage, semi-enclosed backyard, and shared driveway. A jack-and-jill bathroom connects two good sized bedrooms, and an added bonus room/office overlooks the backyard with wrap-around windows. Many lush trees and bushes surround the yard, and a monthly gardener is included in the cost of rent.
